The Columbia Land Conservancy (CLC) welcomes you to Nature Quest at Overmountain Conservation Area located in Ancram, NY. The theme of this Nature Quest tour is birds.

Overmountain Conservation Area is located in beautiful Columbia County, which is nestled between the Catskills and Berkshires along the Hudson River north of New York City.

The entire Overmountain Conservation Area encompasses 1,700 acres, the largest of the Columbia Land Conservancy sites, and the equivalent of about 2,000 football fields.

The property has three sections: Kite Hill, Round Ball Mountain, and Fox Hill and includes over 10 miles of trails.
During this quest, you'll head north from the Catalano Road parking area up the Kestrel Trail through grasslands and pastures. Take your time and have fun! This audio tour is designed to be enjoyed at your own pace.
