The Columbia Land Conservancy (CLC) welcomes you to Nature Quest at Harris Conservation Area located in Austerlitz, NY. The theme of this Nature Quest tour is Halloween.
Harris Conservation Area is located in beautiful Columbia County, which is nestled between the Catskills and Berkshires along the Hudson River north of New York City.
This includes 1.5 miles of trails and is home to a hemlock forest, a pond, as well as ledges, and stone walls that provide perfect habitats for bats!
During this quest, you'll head south from the parking area down the Salamander Loop and will find the Bat Loop. This is where your quest will begin! Take your time and have fun! This audio tour is designed to be enjoyed at your own pace.
